It's a well-known problem with the EX250/EX500 bikes. Happened to my EX500 and pretty much everyone with an EX that I know at one point or another.
I put some threadlocker (Go to a hardware store and ask for some, they'll know what you're talking about and it's cheap) on mine and tightened it down as hard as I could, and it's never fallen off since then. |
