aka "lock wire". find / drill a hole in the head of the bolt that's unscrewing itself, pass some thin-but-strong wire thru it, then attach it to some non-moving part... keeps the bolt from being able to move.
easier to show than to explain... any of the racers here (or someone w/ experience fixing aircraft
) could show you how.
