I went to vote at lunch and as I walked through down town derry I just wanted lunch and then to vote. I was approached by a kerry supporter who asked me if I was going to vote for Kerry..
I simply said no. He asks me why and I give him a few reasons. (still trying to walk by) he tells me "thats great for you". "but what about the rest of the country?"
I told him I was in a bit of a rush and needed to go.. he stood in front of me blocking my path until "I saw things the kerry way."
I am fuming at this point and tell him if he does not move then I will move him.. He the said "spoken like a true republican." and then got in my face with his cardboard sign.
I quickly dis-armed the would be assailant.. I mean I could have gotten a nasty paper cut.. or worse. tore the sign in 2 and started to walk past..
This little punk, seeing his saviors sign in 2 peices on the pavement looks at me in sheer disgust and as I am walking past shoves my arm.

I turned to take a step towards him and this little pussy runs off to the corner up the street to his Kerry supporting friends for help.
Well a cop saw the whole thing and gave me a warning for littering and told the Kerry supporter he needed to leave. Cop chewed me out a bit too. How I need to be the bigger person and I should have walked on the other side of the street with the bush supporters. Like I had a friggin choice in the matter.
