It is a post asking for money, therefore it is an advertisement for something. It doesn't matter who the money goes to. I truly am sorry about the situation, but this is not the place for things like this.
Perhaps I should have done some more research on you before hand. I had forgotten you were part of the group trying to grab free advertising for a trackday while offering, in essence, nothing in return to this site. Mike tells us to get rid of advertisements, but he actually singled out your event based on the e-mails he recieved from someone in your group.
If you all want to be contributing members of the site, we welcome you. If all you are going to do is cause problems, then I'll be the first to show you the door. The fact that we are talking at all means I'm giving you more of a chance than I do other spammers, they usually get banned after the first offense. This being the second, I think it goes without saying there won't be a third time. |
