...and one more thing to add to the list....many road surfaces in and around Boston have deteriorated so badly in the last few years due mainly to lack of any worthwhile resurfacing projects in favor of the Big-Dig, and the terrible winters we have had recently. The roads now are badly cracked, potholed, heaved, poorly patched, etc. to the point of being outright dangerous to negotiate. On some Boston streets, your forward motion navigation will be more akin to the moves of somone doing a run through a minefield than anything else! |
