I didn't attend the meeting, but I did watch it on local access tv,
when he started his presentation, he was in command of the meeting, presenting in a very military briefing style. but things quickly changed as one of the planning board members that is retired military himself started questions, until that member started his questions, I don't think the rest of the board members realized the magnitude of the project.
