, wearing seat belts "might" lower the medical bills in an accident, or might raise tham, if you die, there should only be a funeral bill and medical insurance doesn't cover that.
I really fail to see any connection between seatbelt use and medical costs that would be consistent
seat belt laws are government imposing it's POWER over individuals plain & simple.
