i think im about to say something extremly stupid here... but..... i think i understand what Ben is saying. bikes dont come with helmets but cars come with belts so thats the difference between a helmet law and a seatbelt law. right?
im kind of a hypocrite.. i think people who dont wear helmets are dumb but i dont wear a seatbelt 95% of the time. should i be forced to? i dont know. i think states that have a belt law but no helmet law are stupid. i like NH laws where "you have to wear it until your old enough to make you own decisions" out look on it.
Cali has been doining the pull you over for no belt thing forever so its only a matter of time before we are all there... just like restaurants and smoking... |
