im kind of a hypocrite.. i think people who dont wear helmets are dumb but i dont wear a seatbelt 95% of the time. should i be forced to? i dont know. i think states that have a belt law but no helmet law are stupid. i like NH laws where "you have to wear it until your old enough to make you own decisions" out look on it.

No, I believe it's a parents decision if their child should or should not wear a setbelt, helmet or other safety devise, and not the state's
the state is not responsible for children, the parents are
