| License to carry in NH
When DH and I first got our class A LTC's 5 years ago in MA, we had to go to a safety class in Lowell first and then apply through the Billerica police. It was fairly easy and fast the first time to get it through the town, but when I went to renew this year, it took about 4 months and cost $100! We've been told that Billerica is fairly liberal with them and the police will give it to you for any reason so long as you don't have a criminal or abuse history...I think we put "recreational target shooting" and "all lawful purposes" on the application. I haven't carried in about 4 years anyway and that was only when we were going to the gun club, but I did use it to get Mace for the store and that was helpful... |
