First I am not pro pollution. I actually organize my neighborhood trash clean up. You don't need a government paid tree hugger to pick up litter.

That was nothing compared to the municipal practice of raw town sewage being run directly into the nearest creek.

Factories use to pour thousands of gallons of cyanides into the local creek or hole

This was near criminal behavior practiced mostly by your local government.

So that was wrong and there were controls placed upon people to stop the egregious behavior. Unfortunately after it was done these aholes didn't go home. In fact this new bureaucracy attracted the Gaeists so after 40 years it is basically a religious organization. They do not believe that you have any rights when it comes to mother earth. They are the anointed ones and you are a stain on the universe.

I am a libertarian so I want actual proof that your activity does impinge on the other guy before any attempt to stop you is made.

That includes religous right issues like gay marriage and abortion etc. Being a Classic conservative I do NOT believe I know what is best for you not less the planet

Also I expect lefties to attacked spelling typo's rather then content.
