i doubt you would fine a number...this is one of the things that is up to the discretion of the copper.... there are a lot of factors other then a number. They couldnt put a number because of things like weather and road conditions...you can also get a ticket for going the speed limit in some cases...too fast for the conditions...like if there is a lot of snow...
