Just wanted to say that I agree with everyone here who have praised Derek. He is a really cool guy and great to talk with. Actually met another member while I was there...I think he posted right above me...Matt's his name.

I am happy to say that I think I've found the guy who I will be taking my bike to for anything bikewise.
