my son hates fluff. he's skinny as hell. i love it had one for lunch yesterday. he wants to play outside all the time but we won't let him unsupervised because i trust no one. thats a tough deal because were busy doing stuff around the house and he wants to play. we limit his play station to 3 to 4 times a week no more than two hours in a day. motorcycle, atv games only
he has plenty of mind strengthening toys to use. very little tv allowed also.
i remember being unger than him (6yo) and playing in the woods allday two or three miles from home. unless you live in the wilderness those days are over. we try to get him involved in sports and as many activities as possable to keep him active.
