It doesn't matter how she spilled it. The product was beyond a temperature that would be reasonable. Next time you get ice cream and it's been frozen at 60 below, let me know how fair it is to serve it to someone like that without them knowing other than saying "It's very cold!". Give me a break, people now a days are so ready to blame some one else for their own stupidity ie:
sue McDees because thier Coffee is to hot.
sueing Dawn dish soap because they used it in thier tea because it says made with real Lemons.
sueing Gilette for cutting themselves with a razor b/c they didn't know it was that Sharp
sueing SKIPPY because they had a reaction to thier peanut butter when they knew they were alergic to Peanuts.
sueing the cable company because it made them lazy.
sueing McDees, Burger King , Wendys, Taco Bell, Sonic, KFC, Aarbys and any other fastfood because the food makes them FAT
on and on. Yep, lets blame some one else, its so much easier than taking responsibility for our own lives.......How much money can I make on this law suit.
