I have called in cars doing the same thing ... why would I not report a bike ... plus you had the most important reason in the world to do so sitting in your vehicle ... Tovah !
You had the plate number and even if they can't catch him at that point in time, in the future it will avoid him from getting away with a warning and they will slap every charge they can to teach him a lesson.
For those of you who are calling me an asshat in your minds right now ... I believe I earned the right to take that stance.
You see, when I was a young immortal know-it-all, I killed my best friend in a car accident. It still hits me like a ton of bricks when I flash back to that day.
I was not speeding, I was not drunk or high ... just came on a stop sign that I did not know was there. Shit happens and it happens quickly. We were very lucky that it was not worse, the car was full of kids. |
