To be completely honest I am getting rid of these because of the foot position. I have size 13 and I can not get comfortable with this set up. You may not have a problem? I can leeve them on until you can sit on it and try it out if you like.
This is a two piece system just like the Mori's. These are more sturdy to the bike then the Mori's, as in they are more solid and don't bounce around. The Mori's you can never really get tight enough not too have them shaking and people telling you all the time your pipes are loose....
( I know, it's just that way! )
And these have a deeper more throaty sound then the Mori's! Very intimidating sound! I love it!!!
