Parts411 - What a ripoff!

Let me relay my story to you.

Looking for and inexpensive helmet, I came across a parts411.com THH T-792 helmet. Pretty nice, full face, Snell 95 certified. Somehow, the picture on the website didn't match the one on the THH website. Called parts411, and they assured me that "the picture is not really representative of the particular model, and if there is a problem with the helmet upon arrival, we'd be happy to exchange it".
Great! I ordered a black/red helmet in large and waited.
Some time later a blue helmet with red and black stripes shows up on my doorstep. Annoyed, I call parts411 and hear "it is our policy to not accept helmet returns". Click. After two days of phone conversations and pleas to resolve this problem amicably, I'm still stuck with a helmet that goes neither with my bike or the leathers.
Parts411's response? "There is no way we could've told you that we'd exchange the helmet".

Please, boycott parts411.com. You'll pay couple of bucks more somewhere else, but you won't get stuck with something you didn't order.
