    NH, VT, ME Camping, Riding

Hi everyone. I am looking to find a good campsite up north as a base for the weekend. well sat night anyway. Want to do some nice cruising through the mountains. Still breaking in the new ST3 and want to put on some miles to get my first service done. Any help would be greatly appreciated, camp sites, riding routes ect.
    Thanks a lot.

not sure what area you're looking for but we stayed at a KOA near lincoln NH when we were hiking over there.

Broken Branch KOA Campground - Woodstock, NH

It wasn't bad at all. You're near Lincoln, Kanc, Franconia notch and so on.

    good routes...ok here goes.

the Kanc of course, rt 112. On the conway side there in bear notch road, use that to bypass conway / go to north conway. from there you can go pick up hurricane mtn road and take that over the hill to 113, north to rt 2.

rt 118 between warren and lincoln is nice and twisty.

rt 116 from rt 112 north to franconia.

in the northern section of the state, rt 26 from colebrook to errol is pretty cool, dixville notch. nice scenery out there. moose country. RT 16 north from conway all the way up to northern Nh isn't bad.

rt 302 out in crawford notch is pretty cool.

there's some ideas, I don't think you'll have much trouble making up some routes

Not sure hwo they are for bikes, but I havew camped on the Kanc a bunch - Covered Bridge is great. Hiking trails leave from right in the campground for a nice 2 hour hike. or, there are plenty of other longer or shorter hikes close by. Plus, lower falls is only about 5 minutes away. Another benefit, if you want a taste of civilization or the whether takes a turn for the worse, North COnway is about 20 minutes away.
