I agree with the Day Pass thing... IMO the dude is losing lots of $$ that way. I somewhat understand the reasoning.. but I don't think it's the hottest option. I think that he should have started with Day Passes and Memberships and if the millions of members felt it was 'too busy' then start scaling back the Day Passes a bit... or only have Day Passes on certain days (like Tuesday / Thursday / half of Saturday) or something. |
