Ummm, Madeline Albright made the agreement with N Korea which gave them the ability to develop nuclear technolgy. The understanding was that N Korea would only use said technology for power. Ms. Albright took Kim Jong-Il at his word because he "promised" that he would only use the technology for "peaceful" means. She was so enamored with that nut job that she trusted him and THAT is why N korea has the technolgy they are currently using to develop NOOCULAR weapons.

So, yes, thanks to the ugly, fat cow, we might be looking at another cold war. Only this time, the nut job in question is crazy enough to push the button.
