He is trying to push the U.N. since they never backed the United States for the Iraqi invasion. He is going to see how much of an impact the U.N. really has. He believes China will stand behind them, and they just might. They are our biggest threat right now. By that I mean they are the only country stable enough with a large military.
North Korea says the sanctions are a "declaration of war" but how do they think they are going to engage us? WIthout Chinas help they cannot do anything except threaten. If they detonate another nuclear device China will have to step in as well as Russia and shut them down. |
