I made a pan seared (in cast iron of course) ribeye steak with some butter sweated spinach and noodles with broccolli butter sauce. Erin bought it for me and I insisted I make it since I love cooking
I also got a top of the line Calphalon stainless steel chef's pan/saucier that works MINT! I love it!!!!
She's currently making dessert. I can't turn around to see what she's making for me....
