Within 6 months you will have both guest workers and defacto amnesty as a law. So the 15,000,000 Mexican+ will have every right to demand all sorts of Spanish language equality.
Then if the democrats get the Presidency in 08 and believe that 70 percent of Mexicans would vote democratic they will give them citizenship and seal a democratic government for the next 20 years.
