Self righteous and perhaps well meaning conservative outrage, but directed at something fairly retarded yet again.
They are not changing the national anthem.. they're just making their own parallel song to appreciate the country in another language. When the US government votes to change the official anthem to a Spanish version, then we get outraged.

People not learning English fast enough is a totally separate issue from illegals.. you can be perfectly legal and be lazy about learning English.
Do all the Indian people I work with who immigrated legally and probably work 10x harder then the average conservative whiner and pull down healthy salaries, yet speak Hindi among themselves in the office piss you off just as much?
There are lots of things going on to get bent out of shape about... conservative blogs and blow-hards are just trying to blow this out of proportion to distract people from just how wrong they were about what the American people want.  |
