This is what my boss says all the time:
Everytime you catch or kill one terrorist, it just creates 3 new ones. The only way to get rid of terrorism in the middle east is to drop a couple nuclear bombs and wipe everyone out, wait 30 or so years for the fallout to get down to safe levels and put some Walmarts in there!
I don't agree with the bomb part but I do think its true that if you catch or kill one terrorists, it just creates 3 new ones. War on terrorism is like the war on drugs. You will never win.
