Black, of course.
When I was looking for my Speed Triple, I went to Riverside and Parkway Cycles in Shrewsbury. Although Riverside had one in stock, the setup charge at Parkway was $200 less, so I put a deposit down and waited for it to arrive. In the end, Parkway got the bike that Riverside had in stock, and I drove it home. The bike is an '04 SE, the only Speed Triple to have a black frame until the new versions came out in '05.
Back in 2000 I bought a Triumph Legend from Riverside, which I still have. I never had any problems with them, had some service done on the Legend, and still go tire kicking there when I'm in the neighborhood. But the location sucks for me to get to if I need to get there after work, since I live on the other side of Boston. I bought a head bolt there in August when I happened to snap one putting my EX back together.
