I beat it on normal last weekend. I didn't find it particularly hard. (I beat it over the course of 3-4 weeks I think.)
It's old school. If the enemies are knocking you down repeatedly you're just not thinking through how to beat them.
Most of them have a trick/pattern, once you figure it out you beat them very very quickly. The patterns are just a bit harder to figure out then in the old 2D games.
I haven't tried the multiplayer yet. It's going to be a few weeks till I will as I packed up my 360 since I'm moving. It's been a big distraction so good to have it packed away.
The final boss battle was kind of disappointing but I'm not going to spoil it. Overall I just loved the snow world and the Mechs.. a lot of the Mech battles get very cool as the game goes on. |
