| How to start Racing

I know it's probably not as cut and dry as that but I'd hate to get out there and be a hazard one the track. For example, riding at a pace that is much too slow perhaps.
On the other hand I find myself riding faster and faster on the street and it's not a good idea. | You can race safely. |
