I agree with Ben here, looks a lot like he was the designated fall guy. He'll probably get a presidential pardon after about five minutes in prison anyway.

It could very well all have been on purpose to keep Rove from going to jail or Bush or Cheney from being impeached.
I bet he gets a country club prison term.. and it was probably discussed all around that this was a better outcome then having an impeachment during war time. |
