Ok I'm reading the case.. it was indeed filed promptly, so you're right, just a slow working court.
They are suing a huge # of people all the way up and down multiple police forces and everything, they fully admit he was previously under investigation, they're trying to invalidate the entire investigation against the Pagans, not just the events that took place at the house.
e.x. he was killed by the local police. But the lawsuit is also suing all the way up the heads of the state police in both Delaware and Virginia. |
