I leave feedback every time although more often than not They do not leve me any. If I am buying I leave feedback as soon as I recieve my product (unless I get screwed AGAIN). As a seller I leave feedback as soon as I get paid. You can always rebut negative feedback. Hell you can rebut possitive feedback on Ebay. If that was me that got that E-mail He would have got an appropriate response in his feedback concerning his email. When I look at negative feedback I always check both parties and look at the dates. I have seen a seller leave a negative after the buyer did because the product was unacceptable.
