Hahaha!! You edited your post! I was about to tell you that you didn't read my post right, because I DID view the video and did see the pics...
Posting pics of the officers and victims is distastful too...but I don't see how it is more disrespectful than posting pics/videos of the maniac who killed them all...to me it's all the same. What I would like to know is what the families of the victims, officers, etc. have to say about it, how they feel about all this being out there in the medias, for everyone to see. That could be interesting.
From past experience, I can tell you that the medias DO modify the reality to suit their own need for scandal. When my boyfriend disapeared years ago, they came over my house, interviewing me, taking pics, etc. the next day, I see my face taking half a page of the "Journal de Quebec" (Quebec city's daily paper). Now somehow, my boyfriend became my husband overnight, I was a "wife in mourning" (before nobody even knew if he was dead...his body was found 4 years later), etc. I was so freakin pissed. I regretted letting them into my home, and I understood that day that medias are NOT there to help people. They are only "helping themselves" by taking people's lifes and making a joke out of it. I bet there is MANY, if not all of them, families that are raging against the medias right now for this Cho's video/pics and pictures of their injured/killed children they wish would never have been in the papers for all to see.
