I cannnot belive these replies. FIrst let me say that this board states no personal attacks will be tolerated. Read above at the profanity. In my post I wanted to share a parents story of what happened to one of my children so some understanding of the reasoning behind why people are going for measures to protect against attacks. I personally do not advocate banning Dogs, guns etc. It is no mystery that certain breeds attack more often than others and swearing at someone will not change that. I do advocate personal responsibillity, an owner should be in control of his pet. I asked myself why the insults my posts did not merit such verbage. I have some experiance with people that feel so strongly about their pets because they have them to replace having kids so the pet means alot more than my pets mean to me . This is all I can come up with for the nasty replies. I am for less not more goverment so I would never vote for a law banning any dogs. |
