I take it all back. Apparently a 10mph first gear run to the neighbors driveway doesnt really qualify for anything much more than just making sure the wheels arent going to fall off the bike.
Rode it about 60 miles out to Jamies house this morning. At least it no longer wants to continue to fall over mid-corner. Its just a *tad* stiffer as well.
The only real thing of note is that it seems like it takes a bit more effort to turn in, and if I'm off the gas at all in a corner, the front end feels like it weighs about 3,000lbs. Sound about right? Guess I'm gonna have to learn how to actually ride a bike now.
