I just got off the phone with Michelin USA.
today 6/27
The Standard Power swap for your 2CT is only if you
want to do the swap immediately.
You can opt to wait for availability of 2CTs and ride at
"normal highway speeds" or until you notice any other
abnormality, like vibration etc".
So it seems to have no deadline within which you need to
do the swap. I was told to fill out a form with the reseller
from whom you purchased the tire from. Pete?
I am willing to live with this and wait. I know Degsy bought tires in the same exact batch and he has over 4 complete track days on them with
no noticable issues at all.
I just mounted mine I'm gonna ride them till they have a new 2CT. |
