Anywhere in or around Boxboro is nice, that is a high class area, if he can aford that area then good for him, there are no bad areas, you got Boxboro, Stow, Harvard, Berlin, Acton, Maynard and Littleton in that area, all with in 15 minutes of 495/ rt 2 .. Just off the top of my head your looking at 300K ish and up for a house like that in that area, so tell him not to forget his wallet... |
