I have a 2004 Titan king cab off rd yada, yada, yada.
I have about 25k on it and it's been a great truck.
There have been a few recalls on them that nissan took care of, there are reports of some problems with the rear ends that nissan also seems to take care of. I personally have had Zero problems.
MPG can run from 12-16 depending on where and how you drive like any other pickup, I average about 13 have a heavy foot, and very little highway use.
We have a 22 ft Camper Trailer thats 5000lbs loaded and the titan pulls it like a champ, although with trailer the milage is closer to 10-12MPG
