Here's an early nomination for the 2007 Stupid Award.

I own a condo as a rental unit, and was there today for a condo meeting. Afterwards I stopped into my place to check on it and ask the guys a couple questions about something(there are 4 guys living there). The same guy that emailed me a couple months ago asking if I could replace a lightbulb in his room had another request: to put his a/c in his window for him. Fair enough, better than him dropping it out the window on to a car.

I walk in his room, and his a/c is indeed plugged in and turned on: propped up on a chair in the middle of the room.

He's in his 30's, not like it's his first apartment out on his own.

Beat that.
