I learned something today as well after I talked to the company taking care of the well. The good news is, if they don't get at least 1gpm from fracking it, it doesn't cost me anything. The bad news is, the water flowing out the top yesterday...and the water level only being 3' below the surface today is not a good sign. They are going to pump it out tomorrow and test it, and in the same breath, said to keep the area clear for the drilling rig
