Not only that, but the whole nature of the case is riveting to the general public because they had no idea that stuff like this actually takes place, right underneath their noses. People get shot and killed all the time, there's nothing really revealing in that. But dogfighting is just a whole underground lifestyle that people never bothered to contemplate until this national media attention.
