Poutine: french fries, cheese curds, BBQ or poutine gravy (not sold in the US apparently). There is some specialties poutines such as chicken poutine (commonly called a "galvaude"), poutine with spaghetti sauce (very good), etc. My favorite is the Galvaude (roasted chicken meat and green peas)

Meat pie: there is some variants, but usually made with ground pork, finely chopped onions, spices (mainly salt, pepper, and clove) and potatoes (mashed or cut in small cubes) to hold the meat together. Some people add some ground beef, too.
