There is nothing wrong with canning people for that reason, its not illegal. It is, however, illegal to say you fired someone for poor job performance when in fact that was not true. If he'd simply followed protocol and not been a dick about it, no one would have even noticed his taking office (aside from the multitude of questions he wouldn't answer before taking office, but we'll leave that out of it.  ) |
