I went down on the ice one time with no helmet, kind of a freak accident And slammed my head pretty good, had amnesia (no idea on spelling) for about 3 or 4 days.. That was a freaky experience.. take it easy and make sure you don't do anything to hit your head again til it heals, Anther good hit while your brain is healing from that one could kill you..
