MX boots take a LOT to get used to wearing if you're not a dirt rider. And I don't really see the point (on the road track) other than for Supermoto.
As for the boots posted. I've heard good reviews about Oxtar's boots. I looked at them quite a bit over the winter when I bought new boots. They fit similar to the Sidi's, but were just different enough in the the way the heel sat that I felt the Sidi's fit me better. Also check out
www.sportbiketrackgear.com. They have the current model Oxtar boots on sale so you can compare. For a couple extra bucks, I think the current model provides a bit more ankle protection and lateral stability.
