Odd and racially prejudice. He's the most openly racially prejudice politician, or WHATEVER it is you call him, that I can think of off the top of my head right now. Obviously there's more, but he's gotta be in the top 10. It's like he's trying to get as close to being a racist as he can w/o actually being racist.
