I just bought an 03 Honda CBR 600RR and i am only 5'5. I have read about lowering links etc. and hear different opinions regarding handling and whatnot. I definitely would feel much more comfortable with the bike lowered maybe 3".

I have also heard that you can play around with the actual suspension without adding links. Is this possible and if so, how easy and safe is it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks PK
If you are just learning to ride, one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to get a bike that allows you to be flat footed, knees bent at a full stop. We can lower the bike some 3 inches in out of the question. We can about 1-1.5 inches before the tires start to contact hard parts. Give me call for details, and just ignore the other comments.
