Jersey is slated to open July 1, 2008 - I have the contract in hand.....
As far as Libery goes, it seems lawyers on both sides seem to think the other side has no chance of winning.......but you don't usually see zoning clearance from the township get revoked for projects like this after the fact.
Let's all hope this goes through and becomes reality. |
