If they REALLY want it shipped back to them let them know there is a re-shipping fee, which is 25% of the order.. Add time and materials as needed. IF they don't like that option let them know they are more than happy to come pick it up in person and save the re-shipping fee's....
Maybe then (Doubt it, BUT MAybe) they will "Figure it out" on Customer service/restocking fee's Bullshit.... |
