| Buell racing the new bike?
Shawn Higbee is a Buell test rider as well as a racer sponsored by Hal's HD & Buell. The 1125R is just a new platform and will not steal any of the XB platform's thunder. The 1125R will be more competitive in heavier weight classes, while the XB12R will still compete in Thunder bike and lightweight classes.
I rode the 1125R at Pocono's east course. I have to say this bike was the easiest thing that I have ever just hopped on and rode fast. I think that it's going to be some exciting times for Buell in the near future. Buell also just posted it's 2008 contingency support plan. They keep stepping it up every year. |
